- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Client Servicing Executives
- Assist in business by making ideation and presentation for events.
- Understanding Brief of the clients to being the face of the clients.
- Managing events / activities end to end with production team
- Servicing clients and maintaining a relationship with them for repeat business
- Coordinating with the internal departments like Business Development team, Creative team and Operations team pre event, during and post events for best options & costing
Event Operations Executives
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- To work closely with client servicing and production team for deliverables.
- Should understand thoroughly about corporate events, ATL and BTL Background.
- From understanding and working on brief, event planning, coordination.
- Handling vendors to venue management.
Interns
- Assist teams in event production and logistics.
- Coordinate with teams for various jobs.
- To work closely with client servicing and production team for deliverables.
- Handling vendors to venue management.
